Started the morning with a 5km run at 6.30..... and it was really enjoyable. I normally run with an ipod but actually running with silence is quite nice too!!
I also registered my 2 daughters, aged 6 and 8 to run the 5km Park Run with me this Saturday morning.... yay!
I checked out the Marathon Clinic website too..... and might look to join that too. Very excited about the year ahead!
